I wanted to opt out, but they use blackmail on all customers, saying you can opt out but pay a 1 time fee plus extra charges each month thereafter. That's a real choice when you're poor.

I don't need a "smart meter". I already know how to save money by turning down the heat or turning up the A/C.

Obviously, the Cooperation Commission is aptly named in that they favor the Cooperations over Oklahoma citizens.

I don't like the whole Big-Brother-is-watching concept. What? Will we be regulating squares of TP next in order to conserve trees and our city sewers?

PSO. I was not given the option to opt out and believe that the health and safety concerns of the smart meter are unacceptable.

We paid the deposit to keep our non-digital meter but PSO replaced our old meter with an AMR without telling us anyway

I want to keep my analog meter. I do not want a digital meter, nor do I want a smart meter. That should never have been forced on the public.

My rates have gone up since this was installed. Constant headaches due to this & fear of fire risk like in El Reno & CA
