Natural resource should only be use to maximize the best to all. This building will only benefit a small number of people.

We need smart development. The residents have the means and the will to fight developers...and we will.

This should not be approved. This is not smart growth and would be one of the most inconvenient spots to build a tower of such sort. Makes no sense and will be a huge fail. Build something that we need; a park, shops, etc.

I greatly appreciate the work to maintain the Miami River’s unique history as a working river that is also used recreationally. All approvals should carefully include setback for public access including biking and walking along the river as a priority for all to enjoy the waterfront. Further, external noise and lighting should be carefully managed to keep Miami magical. In other words...smart growth!!!

Can't put 10lb of patatos in a 5lb bad. The lots is to small for the proposed development.
