As tax paying residents of Superior, CO we want our voices heard regarding the upcoming proposed $2.8 million dollar expansion of town hall.
Please slow the process down and form a working group or task force to look at cost saving measures, the proximity of the sheriffs station operating a 24/7 office as well as traffic and parking in a residential neighborhood to name just a few of the concerns we'd like to have a voice in.

We are currently preparing a formal request for the town to establish a task force to examine these financial implications. Public participation is necessary to ensure that our residential infrastructure is not adversely impacted by this development.

The traffic is already a nightmare. putting more office space right in the middle of our neighborhood is just a bad idea. slow down and think about the residents for once.

2.8 million is way too much for a town hall right now. we need to fix the roads around here before blowing all the money on this. keep it reasonable.
