No more! Our town cannot sustain this development. Traffic is already a mess. What's left of our wildlife is at risk. Stop this madness. Our infrastructure has to be able to catch up.

The Marvin Road and 521 intersection currently has a grade "F" based on congestion and other factors. That should be addressed before approving development that would add more traffic to that intersection.

We don't need any more traffic in Indian Land, the roads can't handle it and we can't either. Go out after 10:00 be back before the schools let out.

Just like Avondale, we are developing large subdivisions with little to no thought around the existing infrastructure being able to support it. Until the county creates a clear plan to handle growth in the panhandle and resolve the issues with infrastructure, I think we should halt growth like this.

All residential growth needs to halt temporarily, and developers need to pay more than $500 per house.

Our area has grown so fast that I'm afraid we haven't been able to keep up. Our schools are suffering and we don't have the infrastructure in place to care for what we have, much less what is already in the process of being built. Please, no more!

Until the bond referendum passes and we have a plan for additional schools, I cannot support any new developments in Indian Land.

Road improvements are critical before additional housing subdivisions are approved. Regret moving to Indian Land.
