Frankly, I'm sick and tired of all these new housing developments springing up before proper infrastructure is in place. How about taking a cue from York Co. and enacting a housing freeze? Another large subdivision in Indian Land is too much right now. Already the schools are too crowded as well as the roads and we are not presently developed to handle this rapid growth. No to Ansley Park. Make developers pay $4500 per household instead of $500 for schools.

Have you taken the time to come and look at this area to represent your constituents, and not the developer? Where are the impact studies? Existing traffic is terrible.The roads are poorly maintained, and are too narrow. There are no restrictions on commercial vehicles using these narrow roads. Furthermore, school buses currently have difficulty maneuvering these roads. Not only will this be a traffic nightmare, but a potentially very unsafe area for children. Are you even taking the time to review what you are approving? It is a mess.

I say no Marvin Road is one of the busiest roads around here and the money is not here to justify the developement to cover the true infrastructure needs.

Take Marvin to Johnston/521 any morning of the week during rush hour and the traffic is horrendous. This development would only make this situation worse. Please do not follow the footsteps of Union (NC) and Mecklenburg (NC) Counties in pathetic planning and strained infrastructure.

The schools are already overcrowded as it is. This is the 2nd year of operation for Harrisburg elementary and it is already overcrowded. Stop building houses!
