So tired of the county trying to stick their nose in everything. We live here for a reason and we know how to manage our own land.
We already have rules in place that work. Leave our neighborhood alone and quit trying to grab more power.
Leave Sleepy Hollow out of this ordinance. We are unique and the current regulations are enough.
DO NOT RUIN OUR PROPERTY VALUES OVER THIS NONSENSE. THE CREEK COMMITTEE HAS BEEN DOING A GREAT JOB FOR A LONG TIME.
The financial burden this puts on homeowners is just wrong. Everyone needs to wake up and see what they are trying to pass here.

This is ridiculous. My family has lived here for years and we take care of our property just fine without county bureaucrats telling us what to do.
