DO NOT build the tower, International Drive traffic is a nightmare already.
Thank you

We who live in Orlando do not want this new Skyplex tower to stand 700 ft into the sky. It would tower over 300 ft higher than any other structure in the area. Why? Because the developer and owner of the Slyplex want to be able to brag that they built/own this monster. If you drive I-4 at night the only thing you see in the area of International and Sand Lake Rd is the over powering glow of light and noise from the structures already there. You can't even see the stars or moon because of all the pollution now why would we want to make if even worse??
I read that the only way that the Skyplex can be built now is for the Orange County Commissioners to bypass current regulation and allow this project thus setting a ominous precedent for future projects of this magnitude. Please do the right thing for the people of Orange County and vote no on the Skyplex exception.
Thank you for your time and consideration on this very important matter.

This is the wrong location for such a monstrous building. There is already extremely heavy congestion in the area.
This structure will be an eyesore and should not be built.

We are lucky enough at present not to have to see the tops of tall buildings from communities surrounding downtown. It is imperative we prevent this kind of uncharacteristic development from ruining the character of our county!

We have enough going up in Central Florida, specifically Orlando....We're already overcrowded, overbuilding, etc. Skirting regulations only insults residents' opinions/wants further...

Traffic in that area It's simply horrendous and the tower, quite honestly, would be an obnoxious addition. You can add that it would also cause traffic congestion on I-4 since you would have gawkers and unnecessary slowdowns.
Please don't approve this!

This is too big and out of character with the surrounding business and residential area.

Stop this. instead find ways to alleviate the traffic at that intersection. apply eminent domain to the property redevelopment by MacDonald's!
Common sense - what happened to that?
