Skyplex: LIMIT HEIGHT AND LIGHTS

No more traffic please.

The project is not necessary for the overall community. Irgoring the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission to reject the project seems to indicate that the county elected leadership has another declared reason to approve the project. Vote NO on the Skyplex

This proposed structure looks ridiculous. The fact that people are trying to bypass current regulations for this gimmick is insulting.

This monstrosity is a garish ugliness and intrusion of sensibility.

There is no need for this eye sore to be part of the community. The Orlando Eye is bad enough, by adding a 700 foot coaster you are turning that area of Orange Cty into a circus.

Me no want competition.

I am not in favor of allowing this at I drive & sand lake road.

We need to enforce height restrictions for the good of the community.

Hello everyone, Scott Boyd is hosting a Community Meeting regarding the Skyplex project tomorrow night at 6pm at the Wyndam on Sandlake Road. Orange Tree appreciates your attendance and support in requesting that the height of the proposed tower be limited to 300 feet based on the distance of the attraction from its neighboring communities, and the overwhelming amount of light pollution it would impose on those who call Dr. Phillips home. Also, some of the nieghboring communities are working together to develop a website that solicits support for preserving the integrity of Orange County. This new idea (Skyplex) and the area have turned into a trashy idea of a cheap park.

I am a Bay Hill resident in Dr. Phillips. I oppose this going in. We the people who are residents of this area and pay the taxes here do not want this eye sore or the problems that will also come with it. Namely the massive safety problems and traffic congestion. We already have enough of that around here. No!

Please stop this eyesore

We live in Bay Lakes and we strongly object to the Skyplex Tower. It is difficult enough to navigate Sandlake Road, International Dr, and I4 the way it is now. Please consider the people who live, work and pay taxes here.

This planned attraction does nothing for an already overcrowded area and the citizens who are trying to maintain a sense of community here in Dr. Phillips. The traffic is becoming hazardous and impossible to navigate.

This will be an eyesore that we can see from residential neighborhoods.

Please do not extend the height limit for this attraction. The Orlando Eye taught us our quickly our quant residential area can have reminders of I-Drive peaking above the tree line in our everyday life. I can only imagine what this would do.

There is a reason that the current zoning for the acreage in question is C-2. Unless there is some reason for this to be changed other than to accommodate a business interest, the zoning should remain C-2. The Skyplex tower is not in the best interest of the neighboring community.

I object to the height of the Skyplex tower. Limit it to be no higher than 300 feet.
