There is too much light pollution & ugly commercial skyline visible from our neighborhood already. This tower is absurd. Build it in downtown Orlando if you want it so badly!!

This is an "out of control" proposal.
Please vote NO!
Reasons to consider:
1. What problem is this going to solve?
2. Who is going to benefit from this project?
3. Leaping ahead - Who is liable for missed target dates?
4. Who is accountable for cost overruns?
5. Who are the people responsible for negotiated contracts i.e. labor, materials, unions, bad weather, and unforeseen construction setbacks?
6. Why / How are we giving tacit approval by "redoing" existing zoning to permit the Skyplex Tower construction?

This will be a huge eyesore, not to mention the car accidents it will cause from people looking at the attraction while driving. Check the statistics with rear end accidents in Las Vegas.

These sights are distracting enough to residents and also visitors to the area. This could become a hazard risk if motorists keep their eyes on these sites and not on the car or pedestrian in front of them. Orlando is spectacular already. Don't let it become one of the best places in the US for losing your life while driving because of recurring distractions. Ever follow the moon while driving? Its usually safer for the passenger to do so.

We live close to Sand Lake Rd. and already have great difficulty getting through traffic on and near the Sand Lake Rd/I-Drive area, due to the excessive congestion. We have to travel in this direction daily and it is a nightmare!

NO WAY! That area has too much congestion at this time with the Wheel, convention center, etc., hotels, etc. I vote NO to this Skyplex.

We don't need this structure. We already have enough navigational problems around Sand Lake Road and International Drive. This would make traffic worse.

I live in Vizcaya just off Sand Lake road. This will not only destroy our home valves, add to a traffic problem that is already out of control, it will also destroy the quality of our lives. I am against building even a 50 foot high tower. The Orlando Eye is a huge eye sore, we don't need another one. If this gets approved, my vote in the next election will be influenced by the outcome of this.
