A 700 foot Skyplex Tower is not compatible nor intelligent development for SW Orange County and the Dr. Phillips area. The height incompatibility and light pollution alone are severe impositions on the residents of Dr. Phillips area. Please DO NOT allow this re-zoning application for construction of a 700 foot high tower to pass. Thank you, Theresa Schretzmann-Myers

The Skyplex does not add value or culture to the Orlando area. This will further ruin the skyline and take away from the community feeling.

We have raised 6 children in the Dr. Phillips Community who are now raising their children and going to the same schools, BoyScouts, YMCA and Sports Events. Dr. Phillips is where we have roots and a wonderful place to raise our families with great schools. Don't make us a city full of Fairs, Carnivals and Vegas Lights. As one resident said, if we wanted to live in Vegas, we would have moved to Vegas. We can hardly travel our roads to go to the grocery store or post office with so much traffic and congestion. The crime rate has risen and we are seeing very sad changes in our community, not positive ones! Why ruin such a beautiful community with wonderful families that love to be involved in the community. How can ruin this? We have all invested in our community with our taxes, our physical work, our love for our neighborhood and surrounding area to keep it beautiful for our children's children and for generations to come. Please say No to Skyplex!

The proposed project is to high for the area. This and similar use structures are turning Orlando's skyline into a giant amusement park.

50-foot restriction to 700-foot tower. Why are we even having this discussion?

It will look like a carnival (I was against the Wheel also) not a world class tourist destination. Is it worth the risk?

The area is already filled with excessive traffic and overcrowding. Please do not continue with this project that will so negatively affect our Orlando residents.

I disagree with this project due to its height and the traffic in this area.

I've been a resident in the Williamsburg community for 25 years & have watched our beautiful area slowly become an overdeveloped, increased crime & traffic nightmare. It's enough we have hundreds of apartments, the "eye", businesses hoping to "cash in" just completing coveting our living area. We know how important the convention center is & we can deal with it, as it's fine, but when does it stop with these ridiculous attractions. Please let us enjoy what little attractiveness we have left after all the trees you've removed from Central Florida Parkway, more & more buildings & horrific traffic-spare us this newest planned horror tower.

Please do not develop the Skyplex. We have enough rides in Orlando that do not need to extend outside the current parks!!
