no to this project. What we should try in orange county i s to have more affortable activity for all the teenagers we have.

Please don't sell us out for greed and gain.

No more tourist junk in this area. Enough already.

I am definitely against the Skyplex tower

If this is Skyplex is built, our Central Florida will look like New York and eventually have as many people living here. I say NO, NO, NO!!!!!!

Please prevent a 700 foot "Skyplex" structure from coming to our area. This would negatively impact residential communities in a number of ways without adding meaningful value.

The traffic situation in this area is a disgrace to future planning . Solve this problem not add to it.

Hello Commissioners, I have lived in Orange County almost my entire life, and live near the Universal/I drive area now. The area simply does not have the infrastructure to support this. This complex will only bring traffic, noise, and low paying jobs to the area. I can see no good to come of this, except the temporary income to the construction companies involved in building it.

We have more than enough Theme Parks and entertainment venues in this concentrated area of SW Orange County. We certainly don't need more or the terrible traffic problems this specific project would create in an already difficult area.

It is not acceptable to make exceptions on out current regulations in this instance.

We are not for the rezoning from C-2 to PD.

I strongly disagree with proceeding with this project! I see no benefits but many disadvantages.

Please consider the people that have been living in that area for many years. The 50' height limitation was put there to protect residents. Please do not change that because a developer wants to ignore those people. Also, I know that the opportunity to get additional tax revenue is tempting, but, again, please remember the existing residents who have given millions of dollars in property tax revenue and much more in contributing to the economy.

The proposed re-zoning of 11.46 acres that includes construction of a 700 foot high tower structure (with a roller coaster attraction) is totally in appropriate for the proposed site. As a long term resident of the Dr. Phillips area, this development would add considerable and undesirable light pollution, noise, and traffic jams to this area. Sand Lake Road is a major E/W thoroughfare that is already heavily congested for many parts of each day. Adding this attraction at the proposed location will likely result in traffic gridlock. It will also add to more of a "carnival" atmosphere as opposed to the more upscale development that would fit better with recent upgrades to the area. I cannot imagine any local residents who would be in favor of this project. Please deny the re-zoning and propose moving this development to a more remote area near I-Drive or elsewhere.

Too much congestion

This thing is an abomination and, if it belongs anywhere, it's on U.S . Hwy. 192, not in the immediate support community of our convention center. Don't just limit the height of this monstrosity; don't approve it at all. Then let's get rid of the giant Ferris Wheel.

Donot need to continue to make this area an amusement park. What happens if it is not a money maker and it closes.

With no disrespect intended to Skyplex, I think a little consideration for the comfort of the surrounding community isn't asking for too much.
