Over half of the youths in knottingley skateboard, rollerblade or bmx and everywhere we skate we get kicked off and get stop forms of the police for what having fun We have nowhere to go as local skatepark prices have rised for no reason so we can no longer afford to keep paying to skateboard. yes a skatepark was built in warrik exactly enuff said macdonalds workers and chavs all over who steal your shoelaces. What we need is a nice concrete park in knottingley round thw morrisons area, town hall or knottingley high school.

The local council cannot ignore us anymore now that this movement is gaining real power. They would rather keep kicking us off the streets than build a proper park but we are done playing by their rules.

Agree 100%. Been saying this for years. Stop complaining about kids on the streets and build them a park.

warrik is a joke. nobody wants to go there with all the hassle. knottingley needs its own decent spot.

Sick of the copper stopping us for just havin a laugh on our boards. Build it near the morrisons and problem solved.

Sick of being told to move on when we are just trying to ride. Give the kids somewhere to actually practice instead of hanging around the shops.

My son loves his bmx but there is literally zero places for him to go around here. About time the council did something for the youth.
