Dear Sony,
There is a considerable amount of Sony users in Sri Lanka and 90% of them have rooted. The main reason for this is that they cannot read sinhala ( the native language ) in their phones. As a result of this situation, the users are unable to access their guarantee certificates at certain times. Therefore, we kindly request the Sony company to address this matter and develop the required feature, starting from atleast android 4.4.4 and later versions.
