A beautiful baby girl named Lyndsey, born with Trisomy 18 and abandoned by her parents at birth, changed my life! She was adopted by an amazing couple, who after raising their own birth children, had adopted 4 children with special needs, Lyndsey was #5. I was blessed to care for her overnight so that parents could get some sleep. She lived for 3 and a half years, loved to float in the jacuzzi, play Patty cake, and watch me make raspberries. Because of the generous hearts of this family, her Maternal grandparents were welcomed into her life with them and she loved their visits! I chose to become an Occupational Therapist after seeing their work with her during my care. ALL Life Matters!!!

In honor & memory of my grandson Parker who bravely fought a long time for his life while cruely being denied all medical care as well as all comfort measures for absolutely no reason but being a preemie.
