This is such a popular and wonderfull part of the Dunedin environment, would be such a shame for the council to take it on when they are already overrun with their own issues!!

It’s utter madness to restrict such a wide area of our city. We want to encourage as many people as possible to get out and explore our amazing back yard.
A permit is an unreasonable barrier that could put people off enjoying our backyard and leading a healthier lifestyle

These tracks are one of many great things about living in Dunedin, the though that some ‘bright sparks’ don’t think that these tracks are important enough, need to seriously look at the impact that this would have on the on the people that use them.

To benefit our country and reduce spending our Health system we need healthy fit people. Healthy fit people need to have access to every possible track. Restricting access to these tracks would be simply ridiculous@
