We love walking these tracks as a family, it’s one of the benefits of living in Dunedin

These recreational zones are frequented by trial runners of all ages and should not be restricted to the local population.

Seems pretty hard to justify/understand it!

I want to ensure open access to recreational use of the trails around Dunedin!

I moved to Dunedin last year because of these beautiful trail runs. Please keep them open. There is no proof that preventing access will preserve the quality of our water supply.

This is a really important form of exercise - and open access is one of the reasons people choose to live here, and draws people from all over. Dont take away our right to enjoy our outdoors.

These are such great walks and lovely that they are close to home.

I'm a tramper and would like access to these trails to remain available without permits

Ridiculous, keep the trails accessible, pointless restrictions on our green spaces are a loss for everyone.

Feel very strongly about this issue

In a time when we need to promote getting into the outdoors for excercise and fitness whether for general or mental health, the idea is ridiculous that one would need to apply for a permit to hike/trail run in our back yard.

This is ridiculously limiting for trampers and recreational walkers.

It would be shame to loose the access to such a beautiful track. S
