we already as of last year pay more than double for all required ORV passes and permits now required to use the state parks, increases additional costs a year later is rediculous

the existing voucher system is flawed in that they don't limit 1 voucher per person like they do for parking lot vouchers so it's a mad rush to get fist fulls of dune ready
