Bad idea to charge for something that saves the state money. No more paper, no more staff working the booths, but yet lets charge everyone? There is also no reason for people to have to print anything off. Just like the airline companys now, you can just have a ticket/voucher on your phone and show that at the gate. And just like with the current voucher system, if you do not show up by a certain time, your electronic voucher is no good either. The dunes are fun but i will not pay another 10 on top of the already increased ORV and trail permit costs just to take a truck up there for a day or two. Put the money back into the dunes....how? What is the DNR going to do for the public to make the dunes nicer? DNR is just grabbing for more money.

The extra sticker for grooming should also be eliminated. I was never their when the on ramp was not very rough.

money should not be the issue with this guys after all the fuel and parts for toys if you can't afford the 10$ than you have the wrong hobby. My concern is what if this system doesn't work I get my voucher 24hrs in advance drive the 3 hours to silver lake and can't get in because of some glitch in the system

Maybe this should be tried on holiday weekends only first, not every summer weekend

It already costs enough for the stickers and park passes to come up and play. Let alone the gas, food and camping. Be for real, it sounds like they're just trying to find a way to make more money off of something that is fun! I could see maybe a dollar or two but 10 dollars for each transaction...
