I hope this does not pass especially if the money is not helping to improve the dunes or park

ive been going there since i was little when my dad went. this whole voucher sytem is ridiculous. it was already an expensive trip and 4hr drive. i heard the orv sticker prices went up, and now this crap. pretty soon, ill be writing this place off as a distant memory of a fun place to go.

this system will unfairly restrict use of the dunes and provide no benefit to the local businesses by causing a drastic drop in the consumer base available

Would be nice to have some real details. So far It's pay 10.00 and see if you can get lucky on a decent time with an online voucher lotto. Internet and phone service are spotty, What are the times gonna be? How many vouchers will be available. If I drive across state to hit the dunes, I should be happy if all I can get is a 3p.m. voucher? I will not go. Why would anyone plan a whole weekend or holiday on a a "maybe we'll get a good time"

The lines to wait to get in to the dunes once they are open move quickly. I don't see this as necessary.
