Common, let's get real. Why does Michigan need more money for Silver Lake use? Other than access roads and day use lots, you have no expenses. And even those expenses are more than covered by exiting taxes and fees. This is just another tax to avoid controlling spending. How about controlling State spending by demanding/rewarding employee and program productivity and efficiency, getting rid of unproductive employees and programs, and not financially supporting everyone that are capable of supporting themselves?
