this cost is rediculous for those of us that go up there every weekend! there is nothing wrong with the system in place. only the holiday weekends are a slight problem. just know what you're doing before you go up there!

this will not work. infact if this goes thru michigan residents within an hour or 3 drive will no longer even attempt to make a day trip. i as a taxpayer think this is a crock.

This has to be the worst idea I have ever heard. I don't know untill Friday night on if I'm working the weekend or not, how am I supposed to buy a voucher on Thursday so it clears in time for Saturday morning? I also do not have a computer or a printer to print the voucher that buy. If this bill passes I will refuse to go up and enjoy the beautiful silver lake and will find another place to ride. Living 2.5 hours away is nothing to me when I know I can get in the dunes and have a peaceful relaxing day. Please help us
