I enjoy making the trip from central Ohio to Silver Lake State Park and spending my weekend around this area. I never have more than a day or two notice as to when I will be off work and make the trip. The new waiting time would definetly keep me from coming.

The Michigan Department of Natural Resources will host a public input meeting on Monday, Jan. 12 regarding the proposed changes to the voucher system at Silver Lake State Park’s ORV area. The meeting will take place from 6-8 p.m. at Golden Township Hall, 5527 West Fox Road, Mears, MI 49436.
Anyone who has signed this petition should be there!
