Our family has been going there for the past 8 years and on average twice a year. We travel from Ohio just to visit Silver Lake Sand Dunes and to be honest, this small $10 fee tells me it's only the beginning. I am not a petty type of person but this deters me from wanting to visit anymore. It is a fun way to spend our time, but I'm not paying an entry fee for something that isn't going to see any benefit from my hard earned money.

This is ridiculous, especially if the money isnt even going back into any improvements of the dunes, or toward our state for improvements. As ORV riders we pay enough for tags and stickers for the vehicles we drive. People will start traveling to Bundy Hill down in Jerome, MI if this happens. Watch & See!

This is ludicrous!!! If the money was going back to the park that would be one thing but it's going to a company not even in this country?? I call bullshit!! Pass this if you want to completely wreck that area and it's tourism. Another brilliant idea by our 'esteemed' legislators. Absolutely not!!!

There are already a host of other fees for use of these public lands. More fees are not a solution to whatever problem you are experiencing if there is a problem.

I've been going to silverlake for 30 years, my dad since the early 70s, he stopped and sold his place on Vachon street when the voucher system went into affect, and the new system will majorly affect my time in the area

DO NOT PASS, will limit my times going to silver lake for sure and as of now me and all of my friends go up at least 5 weekends. this will limit the people going into town and soending money at restaurants, gas stations, and at other stores. veryyyy bad idea.
