I've been going to the sand dunes for 30+ years. There is no need for these extra cost especially if they don't benefit the park.

These fees will add up to rediculous amounts. Costs enough money to go up there as it is between gas, repairs, stickers, etc. Turning it from a Hobbie into something special that people can only do a couple times a year.
