We spend every holiday weekend at S.L, we think this will hurt the local economy because people wont be in town as early in the week because they will have vouchers already.Maybe the DNR should collect $5.00 when they hand out vouchers .

Do NOT do this. we love to be able to just have a day off and drive to the dunes and have a blast but don't have the extra time to do the reservations and worrying about the weather and losing out on it. It would not be fair to people that would just driving by and decided to rent a 4 wheeler from a local place but would only be in town for the day..
