Unwanted Self Storage Facility in Our Neighborhood

This is not good for out community

I live in the Llano Springs Addition and against having a Storage Facility at the entrance of our community.

I am against building a storage facility in our neighborhood

We do not want this here, there are better places along the parkway.

I do not support the construction of a storage facility directly behind our house.

As a homeowner in the Llano Springs community I strongly disagree with placing a storage facility near our community. Please consider the negative impact this will bring to this area. Also please take into consideration the storage facilities that currently exist on Grandbury Rd and Altamesa. Please treat our community as if it was located in Colleyville, Keller, Glade Park (Euless), Southlake, and Clearfork. A storage facility next directly in front of a community in one of these areas would not be an option. Please seek out businesses that will increase value that the majority of people in this area can benefit from.

I do not want the commercial/industrial facility built in my community;especially at the entrance. Listed are my reasons for voted against facility: This will decrease the value of the community and homes Produce unwanted and unnecessary traffic Noise levels will increase Heavy equipment will further damage infrastructure It will negatively impact the beauty of the community and future buyers will be discouraged to purchase homes in the community

Please do not build this facility in our beautiful new neighborhood. These facilities are often unsightly

Don’t build storage units out here!!! They’ll trash up the area and the buildings are such an eye sore

There is already a storage facilty on the corner of Risinger and Hulen. This facilty is unecessary and unsightly!!

I do not support this proposed self-storage facility being built or constructed anywhere near or in the vicinity of the Llano Springs and Chisholm Trail Ranch neighborhoods nor anywhere in the North Crowley 76123 and 76036 zip code areas. We really need more grocery stores, retail, restaurants, and better c-store/gas stations other than 7-11 stores to serve our areas in the near future rather than a unnecessary self-storage facility in which there are many choices within a 10 to 15 miles radius of the 76123 zip code. Thank you.

I do not support this proposed self-storage facility to be built or constructed anywhere near or inside the vicinity of the Llano Springs and Chisholm Trail Ranch neighborhoods nor anywhere in the North Crowley 76123 and 76036 zip code area. I strongly encourage and recommend the business owners and developers to research and explore other areas and sites in a commercial or industrial setting elsewhere that are more suitable for a self-storage facility.

I agree that this type of business should not be erected at the entrance of our neighborhood.
