Unwanted Self Storage Facility in Our Neighborhood

We want the best for our community and family. We don’t want to bring these business that can depriciate our homes value and bring crime.

Please do not build storage center in our area. There are plenty other areas in which you can build this type of facility . Thank you

This is an unnecessary usage of oriowrty in our beautiful neighborhood. Please find another location in which to build your storage lot

I live at 8505 Delmar Ct, Fort Worth, TX, 76123. I did not leave the state of California and move into a neighborhood to just have it ruined by a self storage facility. We paid top dollar for our house because of the location and do not want unwanted or negative sites or influence in our neighbor. I especially do not want to see stored RV’s and Trailers as I enter our neighbor. All this will do is bring crime into the neighborhood and lower property values. This is not in the best interest of any family member in the neighborhood. If they want to build this, put it in a commercial complex or area, not in a family neighborhood with small children.

There are more than enough storage facilities close by! Don’t junk up the area any more than it is already.
