I asked Sam to find someone to replace the fan and I paid them 300 dollars and because they could not fix it I asked for money back and Sam said he will but I still have not yet go the money back.

Honestly never had a problem with him. He fixed my sink on a sunday night when he didn't have to. Everyone is being way too harsh.
Every time the heater breaks he just ignores my emails for like a week then shows up and complains about having to do his job. Terrible management.
I don't support this petition. He is a great staff and a human as far as I know.

He did not care residents problem, he is always unethical, unprofrofessional attitude behaviors and sometimes yell at us.
