This is a DEFINITE need. Even tonight I had wished it was on my Lyft app since a very drunk pax had a more threatening tone by the minute.

We need this. Pulling over and asking to end the ride is not safe. If you go off course, the situation could escalate. I've practiced simulating car problems to signal police but I worry that it won't work.

I’ve had several experiences now where I needed help and there was nothing I could do but handle it. Is female as well as male drivers need this desperately! Please make one.

One of my passengers tried to strangle me while I was driving. This is an important first step but Uber needs to be accountable for their lack of action when it comes to protecting and supporting drivers.
