This Petition is to comply with Ohio State Regulations, In order to obtain my Private Investigators License "To get a Class B license, the state of Ohio requires that you have two years of experience (minimum of 4000 hours) working in investigatory work." I Cristobal Cruz have been Investigating the Case of Jessica Heeringa an Exxon Cashier who went missing on April 26, 2013 in Norton Shores MI since May 2013. I have supplied significant amount of information as well several hours each day and have put together a great team of researchers who are also investigating. The group can be found at

im still combing through all the data weve gathered on the jessica heeringa case. the work never stops because we need to get these hours logged and keep digging for the truth.

im honestly speechless at how much momentum this has gained lately. seeing how many people care about getting to the truth for jessica really keeps me going through all the long hours of research.
