This Petition is to comply with Ohio State Regulations, In order to obtain my Private Investigators License "To get a Class B license, the state of Ohio requires that you have two years of experience (minimum of 4000 hours) working in investigatory work." I Cristobal Cruz have been Investigating the Case of Jessica Heeringa an Exxon Cashier who went missing on April 26, 2013 in Norton Shores MI since May 2013.
