This will be an honor to Samantha, her family, and friends, if it suffices. I didn't know her personally but what happened to her was very close to home. May Samantha Koenig continues to rest in peace.

Samantha was a dear friend of mine and I believe that she deserves this because she made a difference in people's lives the day she left us but she will never be forgotten and will forever remain in our hearts ❤️

Samantha’s story is so Heartbreaking and I’d like to thank her family for starting the S.A.M. Facebook page. It is definitely the biggest outlet on social media for any Alaskans who have a Loved one gone missing. The page and all their support Really truly helped us when my Brother Robert went missing. Today is 3 years since he went missing (his body was found 6 months later) The outreach and support generated from that page alone is so meaningful to me. I will always appreciate it all
