This is a petition for inmates who cant get released on parole. No matter the crime if a person has done thier time they should be able to be released on parole. Well that's not the way it is even after you have done your time a person can go to your parole hearing and protest your release and you won't get out something needs to be done about this. She was senested to 20 years with parole she has currently served 31 years and still incarcerated.
