we can't wait for the Audi dealership or more traffic the area needs a traffic light or yellow street light strips.

There have been too many near misses for families leaving Waverly to enter Ynez. The drivers heading north and south are just waiting for a vehicular manslaughter via this intersection. Surely something can be done.

it is a total nightmare trying to get out during rush hour. people treat ynez like a raceway and dont even look at the cross traffic.
