The Club is starting to nickel and dime us on every little thing. Cost of food is way, way up. They charge $21 for a glass of a wine that costs $20 for a bottle. If you're trying to be an up-scale Club, this isn't the way to do it.
Plus, they've gotten rid of pick-up service. There are gyms closer to my home and because of this parking policy shift I'm considering just moving to that gym. It's closer and has free parking.
The club is already in a very inconvenient location, what's the point in giving us less of a reason to come? At least let us put it toward our monthly minimum food spend,

Fitler took away pick up service, drop off service takes forever because they never add a second car, 30 under 30 Tuesdays menu, and now parking. At the same time, their members are growing in numbers, work space is getting crowded (which is fine cause space is limited), drop off service takes forever, and yet they cant sustain all the above? Im dead…

For guest that don’t live within the radius where the fitler car will pick us up, the option of having accessible “free” parking is paramount for us to use our membership. Please don’t create a barrier to members coming.

If this happens- club car should go back to pickup and dropoff to encourage people not to drive!

Charging members for parking that is currently free is not a member friendly solution to the limited parking issue.

Short term gain, for a long term loss. Parking is tough enough in the area. SMH

I think this club needs to be more innovative in providing value for the membership dues. Nickel and diming members is not the answer.

In response to the note about the group fitness classes, I have not heard this rumor but it is really disappointing. Since I joined in July 2019, there has been a gradual decline in the number of weekend classes, especially on Sundays. I hope the club also considers having more classes included in the current membership cost. A lot of us joined for the gym and classes and it would be ridiculous to increase the price now. Also when I joined, there was a promise of an outdoor pool to be completed in 2022 and there has not been any talk of that at all.
