Ernie\'s has been ground zero for downtown violence. Whether or not Ernie\'s encourages this intolerable behavior is no longer up for debate. The fact is there has been everything from stabbings to assassinations at or in front of this establishment, and with seemingly more frequency. The time has come for Ernie\'s ownership to cut its, and more to the point, the community\'s losses and close its doors. Ernie\'s has done a poor job of policing its client
I have been meeting with local business owners this week to document how the violence at Ernie's is impacting their daily operations. Call your city council representative today and demand they prioritize this location for a formal safety review.

Enough is enough. Downtown used to be a place you could walk at night but now nobody goes out because of this place.
