I have finalized the formal letter to the prosecutor outlining the specific evidence of animal mishandling at the Merrick location. My focus is now on scheduling a brief appearance to deliver this petition documentation in person to ensure it reaches the correct office.

The current momentum has created enough pressure to warrant a formal briefing with the local prosecutor. I am finalizing the documentation and will submit these materials once the meeting details are confirmed.

There is nothing humane about any puppy store. They all need to be shut down, coming from someone who personally worked at a puppy store short term...I know how these businesses work unfortunately.
Picked up my dog from being groomed last summer , they handed me a tooth , my dog bleeding from the mouth and his tongue was slit. They said my dog got hurt while being in the cage . My Gino ended getting cancer of the mouth and went to doggie heaven in September . Shut this place down
We have animal abuse and neglect for profit. Shut this place down. Please pass legislation against puppy mill resellers. Our shelters are full. We are killing dogs just to sell more.
Horrible place for years! My friend got a dog from “the basement” with a large sore on her butt from being caged so long; Dog didn’t last too long. They put the less desirable dogs down there. Animal abusers for sure.
Once saw someone go to pick dog up there after grooming and dog was bleeding all over the floor. They didn’t seem fazed. Owner always sat at desk with miserable look on his face. All of them had to know what was going on there. They are sick people- let’s hope these poor puppies get rescued soon...
SHUT IT DOWN!!!

Store is filthy, animals always have feces in cages, very unsanitary, these animals deserve better.
