Hello. We are a small group of people who are trying to Shrink Minnesota and give it to Canada. We believe the Country of Canada should be bigger. Since it is one of the largest countries in the world population wise and extending it even just by a small margin could help out Canadians greatly! Specifically thinking about giving the land to the province of Manitoba since locals say the area around them is lackluster.
