Vinyl is an option if it is the same price as digital. I have a turntable but my digital sources are better, so cd quality or better digital is probably the way I would go. 0s and 1s last forever but grooves in plastic are relatively transient.

I'd buy the vinyl, and I have a special appreciation for colored vinyl and other such gimmicks. I don't know if it's any less expensive than virgin black, but recycled colored vinyl makes for some really pretty records!

I bought the new Care CD, but I have no interest buying the re-released vinyl, as I have the original release.
I bought Life In the Loading Bay, both standard CD and the box, as the box offered me a chance to get something special whilst supporting the artist.
So me, and many other fans, probably buy "more than we need" just because we like the Artist, all depending on the level of attraction the release itself have to the individual.
And I love the 12" format as it provides a proper size of artwork. My favorite format these days is Albums on vinyl with the CD included.

Yes but proper packaging please. Care arrived withthe cortner bent due to the lightweight cardboard used and our lovely postman!

Yes, absolutely! I would also love to have Loading Bay and Glory Bumps in the far superior sounding format. especially now that I've upgraded my turntable's cartridge..

Yes, I will buy a Vinyl copy of the new record. No question about it. I will even pay today. Consider this commitment signed in blood. If it comes with the CD in a discounted bundle I will take both. I have DVD-Audio & SACD and while they sound a lot better than CD, I still prefer Vinyl. You asked a while ago if I would get Care on Vinyl and I hastily said yes, only to find a gorgeous original one for $5 shortly afterwards. Sorry about that. I'll order Care on CD sometime soon to make up for it. For Vinyl Reissues, I would stick with offering things that were not widely available. Like Sacred City & the 3 Malicious Damage offerings. Especially if you have to master from the wax I can find pretty easily anyway. That said, I bought Jam Science recently even though I had it on Vinyl and the Natural History double CD because I wanted to support what you guys do. That I was shocked & thrilled by the quality of the release was just a nice bonus. Really, I shouldn't have expected anything less from you guys. You're a class act. Incidentally, if you offer a Hi-Res Download option like Sam Phillips has on her website I'd be interested in that as well. All the best, Darren.

I would buy a no compression/higher quality sound 5.1 DVD or Blu-ray.

Defintely not. The best thing about the digital age is that it freed music from those archaic discs. I don't understand why anyone wants to go back to the world of snap, crackle, and pop. I'm very happy to have left it behind.

I won't buy Vinyl as I prefer multi-channel (SACD or Bluray,) but will buy hidef downloads or DCs.
