Showing Time is inconsistent and awkward to use from the onset. Poor preparedness should never be expected nor tolerated.

“If it ain’t broke ...” . I had no issues with TouchBase and would welcome a return to its use.

I find Showtime extremely frustrating. I have been left out of notifications several times and I have also had agents tell me that they haven't received my notifications. This system is trying to do too much and as a result it does not doing the job it needs to do well enough!

Agreed, touchbase much more reliable
