The practice of real estate has become increasingly stressful. Constantly having to worry if an agent has received your message from showingtime about appointments or offers has certainly contributed to this. “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” - return to TouchBase.

I have not been notified on several occasions that a bully offer was received and my clients missed out on competing.

I agree whole heartedly. This is a difficult enough business to navigate without having to deal with a failed system, one we are paying for. The board needs to do much better than this for us.

ShowingTime is completely inefficient for the effective and urgent delivery of messages. It is also extremely difficult to assign a colleague to your work while on holidays. Touchbase was simple and effective.

showing time is too confusing and not reliable. It is not user friendly. It offers too many features which I am sure most agents too not use. Not happy with this program at all. Touchbase had issues also but Showingtime is way too confusing.

Connecting efficiently with realtors is especially critical during multiple offer negotiations. When our system is not up to a critical standard of efficiency, it needs to be replaced. Failing to do so, places all of us, and our Brokerages, in a compromised legal position. Our Board needs to take immediate action on this.
