Touch base was so much easier to use and also I had an Incident yesterday that not all agents were getting my notifications. I called ShowingTime and was told that I cannot track my messages on the platform??!

Impossible to send a text to a large group of agents. The mobile app does not sort listings , so if I wish to see the activity of a specific listing I need to view the entire list of confirmations, cancellations, and request for all your active listings. Quite frustrating. It is not a simple application.

I agree, showing time has been a mess. At this point I spend more time calling agents to book appointments or communicate, which has been nice chatting with everyone but then what's the sense in paying for a system no one seems to be using.

it is frustrating as a delay in receiving timely information about multiple offers is an issue as the loss of client trust is even more of an issue. Either fix it or return to Touchbase.

Showingtime has way to Manu options to deal with. All we need is a simple communication tool. Why make it so complicated?

I agree it’s time to take our board back and have agents that are actually doing business making decisions showtime is a disaster to say the least

I also don't like how you have to book two showings if you want a 1 hour window. Also when trying to send a message to an agent it never works - you have to scroll down to their email address then leave showing time to type them a message - kinda defeats the purpose of having a system in place. I have other issues but those are the top 2.
