I view this as a poor choice of words as a mistake from a young kid, who hasn't been in any prior trouble. Give him a break.

This is a complete over-reaction of the school system and the authorities. He was going shooting with his father and posted a picture of himself getting ready. He never left his father’s side. The only reason he is still in custody is because the prosecutor said because he was being trained by his father, and his father was in the Marines, so he’s too dangerous. Ridiculous. Please take a moment to sign.

Kole was just making a joke that got through out of proportion by his friends. He’s not a threat he’s just dumb.

I know this boy's extended family and know there is no way he intended anything bad by his post.

I have a 13 year old son and can empathize. I spoke with him about this along with my daughter who is 11. We wanted to show our support. Please know myself and my children are in support of leniency in this matter.

I realize words need to be watched, but we also need to be careful of convicting young innocent people. Those raised to be respectful of guns and what they can do are more incline to use language that they would consider normal while people looking to condemn the 2nd amendment will use those words against them.
