This is one of many kids I’d have over to my house and around my family without any worries! His father and mother are both great people and even better friends. They have done so much for our small community with fund raising for events going on. I’ve had the pleasure of taking him hunting with me on our place and not one time did I feel uncomfortable or felt he would do harm. Gun control, muzzle control top priorities with him. #freehim!

Great kid and family. Serving with his father for 20+ years I would stake my own reputation on the FACT this was a misstep in judgement by a minor and a gross misinterpretation and overreaction by adults.

Praying for the release and for all charges to be dropped.

Please let Kole be monitored in some other way than YDC. His choice of words were not good but also not meant to be threatening. So many kids are incarcerated and have no one to otherwise manage them. Kyle however has good stable parents who will monitor his future actions.

This young man made a simple mistake no more no less and it is obvious it's nothing more than that.

He is a harmless child let him be

I feel very much this was a stupid mistake made by a 15 year old kid, I in no way think he means any harm to anyone you have too understand that’s this family is military and the love of guns .. I think he had to learn his words can be wrong and pictures are the worst things, I seen so many young children who make a mistake pay to much for them, when we let a real criminal go .. this is a child who made a mistake, there wasn’t anything said about harm anyone. I know and hope you look at when you 15 years old that you never made a mistake.. I know the world is changing and we have try teach our children that everything they post isn’t okay. But when a child just make a bad mistake we have to not hurt him more with our actions, good luck guys I hope for all the best… let me know what happens and if you guys need anything let me know how I can help

Please heed the request in this petition and reverse this harsh decision for this young boy.

My youngest graduated last year but I know the family and my daughter is devastated that this could have happened to this kid. Clearly not a threat. I’m aware of what goes on around the US, but that’s not GC, which is why we love it here. When I was in high school people drive to school with rifles/shotguns in the back glass of the trucks. Working in that type of environment, I know first hand what this poor kid is going through and what long term effects could come from him being subjected into such a harsh environment. Sad that there are people policing kids social media posts that are clearly being misrepresented but other things at that school get swept under the rug like it’s no big deal.
