he should be let out of ydc but joke or not the only reason he is even getting this much help with all this is because of his family if it was someone who people in the town don’t like bc of past mistakes nobody would care..

This is an infringement of EVERY American citizens' 2nd Amendment rights, as well as kidnapping. The government has no legal right to even be involved if this child didn't go onto school property with the guns -- it was a photo taken elsewhere, and he was being SCHOOLED that DAY by his father on the use of that type of weapon. This is why I homeschool my children and we strongly discourage the use of social media. The government is fine allowing the warping of our childrens' minds to things like LGBTQ, but use your 2nd Amendment rights in a way they disapprove of, and they take away your child.

He honestly does not deserve this treatment that he has received thus far. I grew up with his dad and his uncles, this is a good and loving family.

Kole isn't seen as a threat at school or anywhere. The punishment being discussed is way too severe for what he did.

Do not punish the innocent for a moment of youthful ignorance, when clearly no harm was intended! That he was even arrested at all is a travesty to our judicial system of "innocent until PROVEN guilty".

I do not believe he should be kept at YDC. He comes from a very good family and simply made a bad choice. He should be given another chance.
