I know Mr. Perry and have met his family briefly while in the Marines. Based upon my undoubted knowledge of Mr Perry, I can, and will, say that his family is nothing but a support system for any community they are in. He was and always be an awesome Marine but somehow an even more amazing man and leader. I totally and completely trust his judgement and skillset in leading his own kids and raising them to be amazing future leaders just like himself with the utmost care for others. For these reasons, I completely disagree with any inclined purposeful or negligent illegal activity found with his kids that involves any other persons life unless theirs is threatened first. Even then I totally believe everything would be done with-in their power to disable in the least harmful and efficient way possible.

Kole is a great kid and means no harm to anyone. When living with Jason and his family, Kole has been nothing but respectful. My prayers are to you and your family Jason.

This kid made a bad judgement in words he used in a post. I hear the family target practicing all the time . I’m their neighbor . It’s what they love to do. He never meant any harm. He doesn’t deserve a harsh punishment. He shouldn’t be away from family

Kole deserve to be out of YDC but the school should at least hold a assembly to talk about the seriousness of these type of things. He’s in highschool the best years of his life and deserves to be there with all his friends. The sheriff should be ashamed

No child should have to go through this. He was in no way threatening our children at school. He didn't say anything about hurting anyone. All the boys in Glas

The court system , the sheriff and the judge are to liberal. This is the south. Everyone has been raised with God and guns. Don’t forget the power if the vote, remove the school principal , super attendant, sheriff and judge next time around. Take up a petition to do that! Get folks in the school, sheriff office and judge that treat our children like they’d like their kids treated. Otherwise they can pound sand.

I will be praying that Gods grace and mercy will be on his sentence!
