As a fan of PF Changs & Pei Wei, I think Wilmington, NC would be a perfect place for a Pei Wei.  For those of you who have never had it, Pei Wei serves the same food as PF Changs, but in a more laid back atmosphere at cheaper prices.  The food is amazing!  Let's see if we can show some support for a great restaurant to come to town!
