To me Friday just feels like you've had a long week and all you want to do is relax and when we have a day off on Friday your all relieved

Tuesday's just don't sit right, especially have to go I he next day! Finishing early on a Friday signals the start of the weekend!

The children look forward to leaving early on a Friday as it's a great start to the weekend. Also alot of families have arrangements in place to have someone at home on a Friday, Tuesday will be harder with work commitments.

Friday is an ideal day to finish early - my 2 kids play a sport to a National level with many tournaments during weekends. Friday is great so we can get away & avoid the stresses of rush hour traffic. Surely that is a good reason for the health & well being of both parents & students alike. KEEP FRIDAY PLEASE. Thank you

My children work hard enough during the week, so being able to leave early is a bonus as they can complete their homework & then have a fairly free weekend. Perhaps the parents should be consulted before such decisions are made!!

Changing to a Tuesday makes this really difficult for working parents. As parents we can often get off a bit earlier on a Friday but the 2nd day of the week is always a busy one for us. Also agree with others it gives kids chance to get homework done, go to clubs and have a longer weekend as learning gets more intensive.

At least consulate with the students and teachers before sneakily changing it. So happy I only have a year left. Another example of the teachers being out before the students who will work better when Friday's are shorter.

Early finish on a Friday is good for the kids after working hard all week. Gives them chance to get homework done and re charge.
