As a citizen who only stays home for short times i would like short term rentals to continue to be a thing.

Short term operators should definitely be allowed to help deal with the influx of people coming to the festival and may help entice people to actually stay after a show and add more to the local economy.

Short term rentals are an important option for couples and young families who'd like to visit Stratford without breaking the bank!

Give all these people the time to get the licensing they need. It's not right to shut down all these people when they were doing everything that was required of them up to this point. They just need time .

Short term rentals give patrons options for accommodations. With recreation dollars being stretched, the lack off reasonably priced accommodations will affect my decision to continue to come to Stratford. The ability to prepare my own meals (breakfast and lunch) to meet my dietary requirements and to save money, allows me to enjoy dinners at the many fine restaurants Stratford has to offer and to frequent the theatres more often.

Keep the 2017 season reservations in place so this can be worked out both for city and home owners and will also not cause grief for the visitors who thought they had a reservation in place.

Get with the program Stratford. Everyone doesn't have $250. to spend per night in a hotel.

I serve on the board of trustees of a theatre company in the USA. Short term accommodations are preferable to many of us in the theatre world -- please consider allowing us to stay at our rental space for the Festival.

More options are vital to the growth of tourism. I have been shut out of Stratford accommodations when I wanted to go last minute, and had to look elsewhere.

Stratford bills it self as such a up to date city with Wi-Fi every where, a smart city and yet that can't even deal with Air B&B. Time to catch up to this century. Or is it the Bed & Breakfast people in Stratford who object and likely own some of the Politian's and city staff in Stratford???

This is unfair to those depending on income from summer tourism.
