i do not have the B2B challenge, but the issue that EU tax is included when a Swiss customer checks out which is complete garbage.

I need the ability to exempt VAT on certain products based on customer-asserted medical necessity, as well... not only for full VAT exemption on the entire order.

We sell B2C but cannot see why Shopify will not solve this flaw.

I'm sure that is against the law, Shopify provide a webshop tool which doesnt fit to EU regulations, and damn this is just a simple small IMPORTANT must have.

More than enough time for Shopify to have implemented basic European VAT rules.
