the lack of contact during February is appalling - its a complete disrespect and disregard of players who have invested money that they can't benefit from. Compensation is now overdue

have not been able to play because of oops and some numbers keep popping up over a week or longer.please fix

If you want your game to grow, you need to be more responsive to you world wide players. Work to repair problems encountered, and respond to questions and issues. With the current lack of support DS is never going to have the 10,000,000 plus following that CW and others have had. The needs and desires of your players need to be a priority, if you desire to become a world wide sensation. I don't see cards sold at Walmart or other stores for DS, as I often have to Cafeworld or Farmville, Yoville (zynga games) etc. Maybe you could learn something from them about making players the MOST IMPORTANT part of the game, and not spend so much time on goals that are nearly impossible to complete unless money is actually spent. Few are willing to spend money so that can buy ingredients to throw away. I personally don't go to the store to buy a 10 lb bag of potatoes with the intention of throwing 2/3 of the bag in the trash. Please rethink the goals and the manner in which higher levels of recipes can be earned, than I may consider digging into my pocket to release some of my cash to play.

Their must be available support for DS there is way too many issues in this game. And we should be compensated for lost time when the game does not work properly! cafe world had no problem doing so, as all games should including DS. there are so many other issues as well throughout this game that need to be addressed, Where are your people?

Have signed on to DS for well over 2 yrs. Haven"t been able to play all of 2 yrs as the game has glitches all the time. Never has it been 2 weeks of unable to play, but now it's been 2 weeks. Will it be repaired or do I need to quit playing?
